SK Capital Partners announces today that funds advised by SK Capital have sold the Surfactants and Dyes & Pigments businesses of Tri-TexCo Inc. and Trichromatic-West, Inc. (jointly, “Tri-Tex”) to Polyventive LLC and Tri-Tex’s Adhesives business to Meridian Adhesives Group.
