Suitable for Both Vertical and Horizontal Surfaces
To flash a window rough opening, apply a generous amount pf XtraBond®9714 sealant on the surfaces that need flashing with a caulk or sausage gun and then spread the material out with a trowel or a plastic spreading tool. There should be enough material to make an opaque layer that you can’t see through.
XtraBond®9714 can be applied on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The versatile formulation can be applied in a wide range of temperature and weather conditions. It is approved for both interior and exterior use.
