Akrochem® Zinc Oxide 35

Extremely fine particle size precipitated zinc oxide. Used as an effective accelerator activator. Suits for rubber articles and for latex applications. Used as a crosslinking agent for metal oxide curable elastomers. Provides good fatigue resistance and heat dissipation in dynamically stressed articles and improved resistance to sedimentation in adhesive applications. Possesses very good dispersion characteristics in rubber compounds. Raises compound viscosity and, at high levels of addition, increases thermal conductivity and improves tensile strength, modulus and hardness. Provides rebound resilience, abrasion, tear resistance and good anti flexcracking properties.
