Carbon-coated iron nanoparticles. Acts as microwave absorber. It exists as black and gray powder and is round in shape. It provides high saturation magnetization and high magnetic conductivity including high coercivity. Magnetic fluid made of carbon coated iron nanoparticles provides excellent properties. It is widely used in sealants.
