Nanoparticles: Carbon-Coated Nickel [Ni-C]

Carbon-coated nickel nanoparticles. Acts as catalyst. It exists as blue and black powder and is round in shape. Due to its large surface and high activity, carbon-coated nickel nanoparticles are efficient catalysts for chemical reactions such as hydrogenation. The magnetic fluid made of carbon-coated nickel nanoparticles provides excellent properties. It is widely used for sealants.
