Cardolite® NX-2023D

Cardolite® NX-2023D by Cardolite is a low viscosity multipurpose resin modifier, accelerator and diluent. The long hydrophobic aliphatic side chain of the cardanol molecule gives this product a very low viscosity and provides excellent early water resistance and corrosion protection. It is designed for use in adhesives and one component epoxy systems. It is suitable for high viscosity solvent or solvent-free formulations to achieve enhanced workability, higher solids, and faster cure without sacrificing other performance properties It offers improved flexibility and general application properties. It can replace or reduce levels of hazardous accelerators like nonylphenol. Recommended use level for Cardolite® NX-2023D is 1-20 % of total resin weight.
