Polyglykol® 300 by Clariant is a non-volatile solvent and plasticizer based on polyethylene glycol. It is a clear, viscous hygroscopic liquid. It is APEO-free and has low VOC content. It shows typical chemical reactions of alcohols/diols and a very low evaporation rate and low water content. It exhibits outstanding toxicological safety, good biodegradability, solubility in water and very low water content. Polyglykol® 300 is compatible with hard water, cellulose, polyester, rubber, elastomer and polyurethane. It is suitable for use in papers, adhesives and sealants. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
