Undecanedioic Acid distributed by Corvay Specialty Chemicals acts as a curing agent. It is a long chain dicarboxylic acid, also known as DC11 or UDDA. It consists of an unbranched carbon backbone which offers flexibility and hydrophobic properties to the acid. It is used in the cross-linking of polymers such as polyesters & polyamides, enhancing the adhesion, strength, and chemical resistance of the final products.

It is a white, crystalline solid with a lower melting point than that of dodecanedioic acid.
Undecanedioic Acid can be derived from various sources including petrochemical feedstocks & renewable resources.
It is typically produced through the oxidation of long-chain alkanes or by the microbial fermentation of fatty acids.
