SMA 1000 by Cray Valley (TotalEnergies) is a low molecular weight styrene, maleic anhydride copolymer with an approximately 1:1 mole ratio. Acts as a surfactant. It is soluble in acetone, MEK, THF and ethyl acetate. It improves flow and coupling. SMA 1000 has high heat resistance, high gloss, excellent surfactant, high reactivity and high resolubility.
