HPA by Dow is hydroxypropyl acrylate. It provides good adhesion, impact resistance, flexibility and fast reactivity. It is used in a variety of ways to produce resins. HPA is also used in pressure sensitive adhesives for plastics or other flexible substrates, in heat-cured applications and in resins for radiation cure.
