Picco™ A-120

Picco™ A-120 by Synthomer is a tackifier based on an aromatic hydrocarbon resin. Acts as a tackifier. Exhibits low molecular weight and excellent resistance to acids, alkalies and moisture. Shows good color stability and when formulated with elastomers, a good balance of flex, tear, tack and adhesion properties. Compatible with SBR, rosin, modified rosins and rosin esters, alkyds & drying oils and polar elastomers. Also shows compatibility with epoxy resins, and chlorinated rubber, and limited compatibility with EVA copolymers. Picco™ A-120 is recommended for contact-, hot-melt and solvent-borne adhesives.
