Piccotac™ 1105-E by Synthomer is a low molecular weight, aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. Suitable for use as a tackifier resin in rubber-compounding applications. It is derived mainly from dienes and other reactive olefin monomers. Used in contact adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, laminating and solvent-borne adhesives. Offers tack retention, good binding properties, high resistance to moisture and UV stability. Piccotac™ 1105-E shows compatibility with natural rubber and APO.
