Piccotac™ 8090-E by Synthomer is a tackifier based on light colored aromatic modified aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. Shows very good compatibility and performance in SIBS block copolymer HMPSA systems and with SBS block copolymers. Offers low odor and very good thermostability. Used in hot-melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives and solvent-borne adhesives. Piccotac™ 8090-E allows lower than usual hot melt coating temperatures.
