EE 354 by eChem is polyethyleneglycol oleate. Acts as a plasticizer as well as a viscosity modifier. Manufactured by reacting a polyethylene glycol with oleic acid. It is oil soluble and water dispersible. Offers good wetting and dispersion properties along with low foaming tendency. It is hydrolyzed under hot alkaline conditions. EE 354 is recommended for adhesives.
