DUMACIL® 402 FGK by Elementis is a defoamer based on micro-fine silica treated with an organic silicone compound. The resultant hydrophobic silica is extremely water repellent and easily dispersed in organic systems. DUMACIL® 402 FGK is used in adhesives at a typical use level of 0.3-0.7 %wt.
