DABCO® NE 1070

DABCO® NE 1070 by Evonik is a non-emissive amine that promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction. It is used in flexible foam applications to meet automotive OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278, and eliminates windshield fogging or vinyl staining. It is suitable for use in rigid foam and CASE applications.

DABCO® NE 1070 is recommended for use in any water-blown TDI or TDI/MDI high resiliency (HR) foam and in TDI/MDI or MDI-based cold-cured molded polyurethane cushioning foam systems.
In MDI systems, recommended dosage 0.50 to 1.50 pphp and in TDI systems 0.40 to 0.70 pphp.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
