Rewopol® D 510 by Evonik is sodium-2-ethylhexanol sulphate. It is used as an emulsifier for the production of emulsion polymers such as polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, acrylonitrile styrene and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. It is compatible with styrene butadiene rubber, chloroprene, polyvinyl acetate and vinyl acrylate/ vinyl acetate copolymers. Rewopol® D 510 is used in adhesive applications.
