Surfynol® 355

Surfynol® 355 by Evonik is a acetylenic-free surfactant used as a substrate wetting agent. Designed to provide dynamic proprietary wetting without generating excess foam in water-based adhesives. It does not contain added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs) or acetylenic diols. It is suitable for low-VOC formulations. It exhibits low foam wetting and ease of incorporation. It offers excellent dynamic surface tension reduction and outstanding wetting on difficult substrates. Recommended dosage ranges from 0.1 to 1.0 % of total formulation weight. The shelf life of Surfynol® 355 is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
