Light-colored pentaerythritol ester of rosin. Possesses good polymer compatibility (EVA, styrene block copolymers, SBR, natural rubber, acrylics) and compatibility with hydrocarbon and terpene tackifying resins. Used as a tackifier in adhesives and sealants. Provides very good heat and aging stability. Offers good skinning resistance and color stability in ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives. Applications : hot melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives and sealants.
