SpeedCure BP

SpeedCure BP by Lambson (Sartomer) is a benzophenone. Acts as a type II photoinitiator. Has non-yellowing characteristics and helps reduce oxygen inhibition. When used in conjunction with tertiary amine synergists, it initiates the rapid photo-polymerization of suitable resin formulations. Commonly used to achieve a fast surface cure. SpeedCure BP is recommended for adhesives. Suggested levels of use are 0.5 – 1.5% w/w Speedcure BP together with 2 – 5% w/w amine synergist (quantities vary depending on individual formulations and applications).
