Rhenogran® CLD-80

Rhenogran® CLD-80 by Lanxess is a non-staining sulphur donor for the vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers with additional thiuram accelerator for nitrile rubber seals. It is a blend of 80% caprolactam disulfide, 20 % elastomer binder and dispersants. It provides very good heat ageing resistance, absence of blooming, increased safety in scorch properties and very good broad curing plateau. Rhenogran® CLD-80 shows favorable compression set properties and low permanent elongation values.
