Uniplex 171 by Lanxess is a stable o, p-toluene sulfonamide-based plasticizer for polyamide, melamine, urea and phenolic resins. Imparts good gloss and wetting action improving mixing of filled product. It increases hardness of moldings, stability and compatibility to give better strength and abrasion resistance. Reduces viscosity and improves flow. Uniplex 171 is used in adhesives. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
