Dioctyltin Mercaptide catalyst used for water-blown urethane elastomers or foams blown with alternate blowing agents including the pentanes. Can also be used for preparation of one-shot or prepolymer type, polyether-based, urethane elastomers, as well as adhesives and sealants. Allows high resistance to hydrolysis and extended shelf life.
