Actmix® ETU-75GE F140 is a 75 wt% ethylene thiourea. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 25 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It can accelerate vulcanization rate of CR and has high scorching safety. It is a secondary accelerator for low-sulfur or sulfurless vulcanization of other dienes rubber. It can improve heat aging resistance, physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates. It causes no blooming appearance. It is compatible with NBR, EPDM, CM, SBR, AR and ECO.
