Carbodiimide. It acts as a crosslinking agent. It is water solution type, non toxic, and environment friendly (VOC free). It has great reactivity with carboxylic acids, long pot life and compatibility to waterborne acrylic resins, acrylic emulsions, polyurethane dispersions etc. It adds properties such as water/chemical resistance, adhesion, excellent flexibility etc. It has applications in adhesives.
