Nyflex 222B by Nynas is a severely hydrotreated naphthenic oil. Acts as a plasticizers. Nyflex 222B by Nynas offers high solvating power, reduced compounding time, high oil loadings, good mechanical and non-staining properties. Shows an optimal compatibility with non-polar materials such as SIS, SBS, mPOs and C5 resins. Used in non-woven, tapes and labels. Nyflex 222B fully conforms to US FDA § 178.3620 (B). It is registered by NSF as H1 and HX-1 and therefore is acceptable as a lubricant with incidental food contact.
