Nytex® 801

Nytex® 801 by Nynas is severely hydrotreated naphthenic oil. Acts as a plasticizer in certain adhesives. Offers high solvent power, excellent low temperature properties and low viscosity index. Combines the high solvent power needed for plasticising polar polymers with very high HSE standards. Nytex® 801 improves compatibility in tape and label adhesives containing SBR. The solubility of naphthenics is also beneficial in silicone sealants and antiflutter adhesives. Used in flooring applications.
