Nytex 810 by Nynas is severely hydrotreated naphthenic oil. Acts as a plasticizers in certain adhesives. Offers high solvating power, reduced compounding time, high oil loadings, good mechanical and non-staining properties. Nytex 810 is characterized by a clear, bright color and has glass-transition temperature of -77 °C. It has a total PAH content well below 10 ppm (EN 16143) and the DMSO extractable amount below 3%. It shows excellent compatibility with E-SBR, S-SBR and functionalized S-SBR, synthetic and natural rubbers.The solubility of naphthenics is also beneficial in silicone sealants and antiflutter adhesives. Used in flooring applications. Nytex 810 meets the toughest global health and safety requirements.
