Capric Acid Methyl Ester. Acts as an active solvent and evaporation retarder. It is a biodegradable, HAP-free oleochemical ester obtained from palm kernel oil. Has excellent solvency power and low VOC. It is compatible with most acrylic, cellulose, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and hybrid system resins. Used in solvent based adhesives.
