PPA - 7115

Phenalkamine. Acts as an epoxy hardener or curing agent. Shows superior corrosion resistant properties and adhesion on wet surfaces. It is a mannich base reaction product with rapid cure & workable pot life. Very good compatibility with epoxy resin based on bis - phenol A, bis - phenol F as well as novolacs and also with the most of the organic solvents as well as their combinations. It is resistant to humidity, acids, alkali, water, solvents and various chemicals. Offers good adhesion to mechanically cleaned surfaces, excellent curing under humid as well as damp conditions and a very good flexibility. Also have a non critical mixing ratio, light color and superior color stability to cardphenol based phenalkamines. Used in solvent free adhesives.
