AMBERYL 1080 by Polimeros Sinteticos is a pentaerythritol ester of gum rosin. It is a thermoplastic resin. Possesses compatibility with EVA (ethylene and vinyl-acetate copolymer), rubbers (natural & synthetic) and other polymers. AMBERYL 1080 shows insolubility in methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and water. Recommended for use in hot melt- and contact adhesive formulations.
