XIRAN® SL40005 N30 by aurorium is a low-VOC (volatile organic compounds) anionic ammonium salt solution of styrene maleic anhydride copolymer. Acts as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent, curing agent, vulcanizing agent, dispersing agent and emulsifier. This contains 42% maleic anhydride, high dry solid content and has a Mw (molecular weight) of 5000 g/mol. XIRAN® SL40005 N30 offers high gloss. Suitable for use in adhesives. Exhibits good thermal stability, low solution viscosity, good adhesive bonding, hydrophobic after drying and freeze-thaw stability.
