SONGNOX® 1098 by Songwon is N,N'-Hexamethylenebis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamamide). Acts as a phenolic antioxidant. It is extraction resistant and protects polymer color during manufacturing, spinning or thermal fixation. It is compatible with polyurethane fibers and polyamide. It is especially used in wire & cable applications and in primary insulation of PP, HDPE, LDPE and other elastomers. SONGNOX® 1098 complies with AICS, DSL, EINECS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC, ECL, TSCA and PICCS.
