ZemaSol™ supplied by TBF Environmental Technology, is a non-mutagenic, safe, low toxicity solvent alternative for xylene, toluene, tertiary butyl acetate, parachlorobenzotrifluoride (PCBTF/Oxsol 100). Acts as a benzene-free, non-carcinogenic, low odor chemical diluent. It has a very low Maximum Incremental Reactivity (MIR) value and does not contain any hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), environmentally hazardous ingredients as well as ozone depleting or creating chemicals. Exhibits high purity, very low toxicity, biodegradability, excellent solvency and solubility requiring less solvent and decreasing costs, improved flow characteristics, high loading capacity and efficiency in viscosity reduction. It is easy to distill, recycle, dries completely and leaves no surface residues. Applications include adhesives and sealants. ZemaSol™ is VOC-compliant in US and Canada and considered an Ultra-low VOC in South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and CARB - California Air Resources Board.
