TOYNOL® DF-57

Modified acetylenic diol surfactant (non-ionic). It acts as a foam control wetting agent. It exhibits quick migration, leading to low dynamic surface tension. It helps in making the products thickness even, improves the qualification and provides excellent flow, levelling and gloss. It controls foaming caused by other surfactants. It is a pale yellow liquid, slightly soluble in water. It is compatible with a variety of resins and is highly suitable for water-based adhesives. Optimal concentration levels ranges between 0.1% - 0.4% by weight.
