TITANOS PRT-984 by Titanos is a self-activated organoclay (tetraallkyl ammonium bentonite) for solvent-based systems of low to medium polarity. Acts as a rheology modifier. Exhibits high gelling efficiency over low to medium polarity organic liquids, especially in aliphatic and aromatic solvent. Offers consistency in rheology & thixotropy development, sag resistance and control of viscosity. TITANOS PRT-984 produces gel with light color and high transparency. Suitable for use in adhesive and sealant applications. Recommended dosage level ranges between 0.2 to 2.0% based on the total formulation weight.
