Ulterion® XF-284 by Ulterion International is an effective, water dispersible, non-ionic oil based defoamer. Used in adhesives and glues. It is normally used at 0.02 to 0.1% based upon total formulation weight. Ulterion® XF-284 complies with FDA for food contact applications when used in accordance with the requirements and limitations of 21 CFR: 175.105, 176.170, 176.180, 176.200, 176.210 and 178.3120.
