GENIOSIL® GF 9 by Wacker is N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane suitable for use as a primer. GENIOSIL® GF 9 is an organofunctional silane that hydrolyzes autocatalytically in the presence of moisture (methanol is released) to form silane. GENIOSIL® GF 9 has a characteristic amine odor and functions as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

Designed for construction adhesives and sealants, joint & sanitary sealants, consumer/ DIY, flooring and wood adhesives.
These silane then subsequently react with themselves to produce siloxanes or can bind to inorganic substrates.
Complies with regulations of EINECS, ECL, AICS, IECSC, DSL, PICCS and TSCA inventories.
