VINNEX® 2523 is a a tackifier by Wacker with chemical composition vinyl acetate. Exhibits enhanced flexibility, higher mechanical toughness & optimized crystallinity and enables film blowing with PHB. It has increased melt strength, improved processability, reduced noise of PLA films, maintained transparency, good performance in film sealing and improved adhesion to paper. Suitable for hot-melt adhesives. Used in packaging (boxes, bags, foams), construction, consumer goods, medical applications and non-woven fabric. VINNEX® 2523 does not show reduction in hardness or modulus and enables improved stiffness without affecting biodegradability.
