Zealloy® DP5173

Zealloy® DP5173 by Zeon Chemical is a plasticizer and reinforcer. It is a non-crosslinked butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. It provides good thermal stability for PVC modification, no migration, extractability and volatility. It offers improved oil- and chemical resistance, good low-temperature flexibility, impact resistance and improved compression set resistance. It exhibits easy blending, melt flow for molding as well as good thermal stability to minimize viscosity increase and color darkening. Zealloy® DP5173 is suitable for plastiols and adhesives.
