Pluracol® 2130

Pluracol® 2130 by BASF is primary hydroxyl-terminated graft polyether triol. It can be used to produce HR slabstock foams having a narrow spread in cross-sectional density and IFD properties. It contains approximately 31% solids of copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile and a LVI inhibitor package. Broad processing latitude permits the manufacture of a wide variety of high resilient foams. Its formulations can be modified using melamine and conventional flame retardants to produce foams which pass California technical bulletin 117 smoldering and open flame tests.
