Sovermol® 818 by BASF is a fatty polyester polyol. It is solvent-free, possesses good gloss development and good pigment wetting characteristics. It is extremely hydrophobic and has low viscosity. Possesses good self-leveling properties, good bonding properties and excellent flexibility at temperatures below 0°C. Used in the manufacture of polyurethane. Sovermol® 818 is listed in EINECS, TSCA and IECSC.
