Renewable aromatic multifunctional polyol. It exhibits high viscosity, high reactivity and low exothermic nature. Provides formulation flexibility, improved surfactant properties and increased flame-retardancy. Highly miscible with standard polyols and blowing agents. Compatible with urethane prepolymers. Used in bio-based rigid and flexible foam formulations. Applications include adhesives and sealants. Certified by USDA (95%).
