Myrinol™ HP 56 by Myriant is made from renewable bio-succinic acid. It is a cost effective linear liquid polyol. It is designed for use in cast elastomers, polyesters, thermoplastic urethane, 2K urethane and polyurethane dispersion applications. Thermoplastic polyurethanes produced with Myrinol™ HP 56 offers physical properties that surpass TPUs formulated with alternate polyols, with superior tensile strength at increased temperatures, hardness, linear tear strength and solvent resistance. It is used for moisture cure urethane adhesives applications.
