ASAPRENE™ T-411

ASAPRENE™ T-411 by Asahi Kasei is a styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer. Used for pressure-sensitive adhesives and sealants. Acts as an asphalt modifier. Exhibits high molecular weight and adhesive strength, transparency. It is a soft polymer, providing retention of elastic resilience and supple touch after adhesive setting. Offers heightened softening point, increased aggregate adhesion and cohesion in asphalt. ASAPRENE™ T-411 has a ratio of 30/70 %wt for styrene/butadiene. Recommended for markets such as building and construction, heavy-duty or high-drainage road paving and adhesive asphalt layer.
