ARCOL® LHT-42

ARCOL® LHT-42 by Covestro is a polyether polyol. It is a 4,200-molecular-weight polypropylene oxide-based triol. The terminal end-groups are predominantly secondary hydroxyls and have a relatively low reactivity. It is compatible with some polyether polyols and can be blended with other diols or triols to achieve desirable modifications of product properties. This polyol is acidified with a low level of phosphoric acid, making it suitable for use in isocyanate-terminated prepolymers. It is slightly hygroscopic and may absorb water. ARCOL® LHT-42 is used in water-based adhesives and sealants. The shelf life is twelve months after receipt of material by customer.
