Desmocoll® 530 is a predominantly linear hydroxyl polyurethane by Covestro. Used in the formulation of heat activated, solvent-borne adhesives for use on various materials like leather, rubber, textiles, wood, many plastics including PU elastomers, plastic films and aluminum foils. Desmocoll® 530 offers high crystallization rate, very low thermoplasticity, good adhesion to PVC substrates and high resistance to the most commoly used PVC plasticizers.
