DESMODUR® E 14

DESMODUR® E 14 by Covestro is an aromatic, medium viscosity polyisocyanate prepolymer based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI). It is used in sealers and two component PU sealing compounds. It has good compatibility with esters such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and 1-methoxypropylacetate-2 and with aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene, xylene and Solvesso 100. It can be combined with Hardener® DT to formulate highly flexible sealers. Recommended storage temperature of DESMODUR® E 14 is 10-30°C. It has a shelf life of six months.
