ISONATE™ 240 MDI Prepolymer by Dow is a modified MDI compound produced by reacting high purity diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a high molecular weight polyester polyol. It possesses good storage stability down to 22°C. ISONATE™ 240 MDI Prepolymer yields high physical property elastomers or microcellular foams via the cast, low pressure or RIM-dispensing processes. It is used in adhesives and sealants.
