Sulfopolyester by Eastman. Eastman AQ™ 38S is a quick drying, water resistant Polyester-5. It disperses directly in hot water without the assistance of amines, cosolvents, surfactants or other additives. It aids the dispersion of many hydrophobic ingredients in water-based products. Designed for adhesives and sealants. Eastman AQ™ 38S forms clear films at room temperature from aqueous dispersions.
